TSR Q&A with Chancellor Harris

TSR caught up with 2013 wide receiver Chancellor Harris to talk about recruiting.

How has your off-season been going?

It's going great, I'm going to visit a few colleges and go to a couple camps.

What schools are you hearing from the most?

Albany, Duquesne, and Old Dominion are hitting me the hardest right now.

Have you received any offers yet?

No, not yet.

Have you visited any schools yet?

Albany I visited, and later on I'm going up to Duquesne.

How was the Albany visit?

It was pretty good; I like the campus and the team. They're going to be pretty good this year and the campus was pretty nice.

Are you hearing from Maryland?

Yes, I'm hearing from them too, a lot.

What are you looking for in a school?

Business, a good education, and a good football team. I want to be able to have a good time and get a good education.

Will distance be a factor when choosing a school?

No, not at all. I want to be close to family, but I don't think that will be a problem.

Will the type of offense affect where you choose to play?

I like the spread a lot, that's what we run in high school. So if a team has a spread offense, that would be perfect.

What would you say your strengths on the field are?

Quickness, footwork, attention to detail.

What do you like about Maryland?

Their football team is very good and very unique. It's a good education and I hear a lot about it from a lot of kids. I like the state, and all around it's a pretty good school.

What'd you think of their uniforms this past season?

I loved them. They were the best uniforms I've ever seen.
