Win Column:

Tyler Burke- (Coatesville (Pa.)- 46 vs. Central Bucks South (Warrington, Pa.) - 13

Burke had a big night for the Red on Friday night. Burke and the Coatesville defense held Central Bucks (Warrington, Pa.) running back Josh Adams, who ran for over 2,000 yards last season and 212 yards the previous week, to minus nine yards on 13 carries. Burke also picked off Titans quarterback Matt Radwanski twice, and to rub salt in the wound, Burke caught a 21-yard touchdown pass on a 4th-and-16 late in the second quarter. Burke celebrated his win by heading to College Park, Md. on Saturday for the Maryland-Old Dominion game with his dad.

Jared Cohen- McDonogh (Owings Mills, Md.)- 42 The Haverford (Conn.) School- 0

McDonogh dominated the Haverford (Conn.) School 42-0 on Saturday afternoon, and Terp commit Jared Cohen paved the way for McDonogh's running back Syl Brown, who ran for 104 yard on 10 carries, including three touchdown runs of 17, 27, and 15 yards. Cohen and the Eagles line helped McDonogh outgain Haverford 256-35.

Jesse Aniebonam- Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, Md.)- 42 vs. St. Frances (Baltimore, Md.)- 6

The Falcons have bounced back since their season-opening loss to Gilman (Baltimore, Md.). Terp commit Jesse Aniebonam and the Falcons defense held the Panthers scoreless at the half, and to just six points in the game.

David Shaw- Spring Grove (Pa.) High- 51 Susquehannock (Glen Rock, Pa.)- 13

Terp commit and Spring Grove (Pa.) High defensive lineman David Shaw helped hold the Warriors to just 73 passing yards in the Rockets win.

Larry Mazyck- Iowa Western (Iowa Falls)- 61 Ellsworth (Rochester, MN)-0

Mazyck helped lead the Reivers to 605 yards in their dominating 61 point shutout of Ellsowrth this weekend.

Loss Column

Johnathan Thomas- Bridgewater-Raynham- 24 St. John's Prep (Danvers, Mass.)- 14

Bridgewater- Raynham (Mass.) kept Thomas off the field for most of the first half. He only ran for 59 yards in the first two quarters, but the Terp commit ran for 102 yards and two touchdowns in the final two quarters. His first touchdown came on a 5 yard run, and his second one was a 24 yard catch and run. So despite the loss it was a solid day for Thomas. ¬¬¬

Brett Kulka Erie McDowell- 35 General McLane- 0

Terp commit Brett Kulka finished the day with two tackles, including one tackle for loss. However, it was not such a good day for the Lancers, who gave up 35 points in the loss.

Brendan Moore- Bowie (Texas)- 45 Westwood (Austin, Texas) -27

It was not a great day for Westwood's offensive line (Terp commit Brendan Moore OT for the Warriors). Westwood did have 508 passing yards, however the Warriors had -9 rushing yards and quarterback, Bear Feinmore, was sacked five times.

Will Ulmer-Loyola Blake Field (Towson, Md.)-13 St. John's College High (Washington, D.C.)- 7

Terp commit Will Ulmer had a long day against the Dons, the Cadets quarterback had two fumbles and only completed 4-of-11 passes for less than 50 yards, although he did run for over 115 yards.

Andrew Gray- Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH)-31 Chardon-21

No stats were available for Chardon from the game, but I have reached out to see how Gray did…check back on the board for any updates
