Center Sal Conaboy
Florida State successfully stymied Maryland's running game, as the Terps' picked up just 33 yards on 25 carries. The offense struggled to develop momentum throughout the afternoon, and center Sal Conaboy spoke several key factors that contributed to the Terps' loss.
Quarterback Caleb Rowe
With quarterback C.J. Brown out due to injury, Caleb Rowe stepped in midway through the second quarter and completed 9-of-17 passes for 119 yards. Rowe's long pass of the day was a 26-yard completion to wide receiver Nigel King late in the third quarter.
