COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- While 35 local schools were competing in a 7-on-7 event at Maryland, out-of-town safety Jazzee Stocker (Coatesville, Pa.) made the drive down from Pennsylvania with his mother and father in order to tour the campus and talk to the coaches again.

Stocker, who UMD has been pursuing for over a year, lauded recruiter John Dunn, head coach Randy Edsall, the school's academics and the campus. But Stocker, while high on Maryland, said he's still very open in the recruiting process. He plans to take official visits -- UMD is one he wants to take -- and decide on a school after his senior year.

The 6-foot-2, 190 pounder holds offers from the Terps, UConn, Pittsburgh, Boston College, Georgia Tech, Purdue, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Rutgers, Syracuse and UVA, among others.
