COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Maryland offensive coordinator Mike Locksley said quarterback C.J. Brown and his unit are coming along, and made strides during last weekend's victory against Iowa. But now they'll be entering a hostile environment in Wisconsin and will be facing a tough Badgers' defense that could pose problems. Locksley said the Terps have to do a better job converting on third down, make the most of limited opportunities and bring their "A" games to hang with Wisconsin Oct. 25.
