COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Maryland offensive coordinator Mike Locksley addressed the media Nov. 19., and he basically said the Terps were stuck in neutral in the loss to Michigan State last week and must pick it up heading into Michigan Nov. 22. Locksley said he has to do a better job putting the Terps in a better position to succeed, while it's up to the players to step up and execute. Catching the ball and consistent quarterback play are two areas Locksley harped on. He also addressed Michigan's stout defense and the problems the Wolverines pose.
