COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Maryland running back Brandon Ross talked about the Terps' 41-38 loss to Rutgers Nov. 29. Ross specifically addressed his failed 4th-and-1 attempt late during the fourth quarter that ultimately cost UMD a chance at a comeback, saying he has to be able to pick up that yard. He said Maryland didn't generate any offense the entire second half and just couldn't find a rhythm. Ross went on to talk about the emotions in the locker room after the game and how disappointing the defeat was coming on senior day.
