WASHINGTON, D.C. -- St. John's junior point guard and new Maryland hoops pledge Anthony Cowan went on camera with Terrapin Times to discuss his Jan. 26 commitment. The 6-foot, 170-pounder -- who is averaging more than 20 points, six assists, 2.5 steals and four rebounds per game this year -- talked about his longstanding relationship with Mark Turgeon and Dustin Clark, why he opted to end his recruitment so soon, his potential role alongside current UMD lead guard Melo Trimble, where his game is currently at, and also who he'll be recruiting now that he's a Terp.
