COLLEGE PARK, Md. --Maryland junior center fielder LaMonte Wade made the play of the game in the win over UCLA June 1, propelling the Terps into the Super Regionals and a rematch against Virginia. In the third inning, Wade cut down Darrell Miller Jr. at the plate when the UCLA catcher tried to score on a potential sacrifice fly. Wade leads the Terps in batting with a .347 average, including four homers. On June 3, Wade talked about the weekend series at Virginia that begins June 5.
