An interview with Maryland shooting guard signee Kevin Huerter.

Maryland 2016 shooting guard signee Kevin Huerter and his Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, N.Y.) squad will compete for a second straight state title March 12. Before his final high school games, the 6-foot-5, 170-pound sharpshooter, who won New York State Player of the Year, broke down his senior season, discussing how his game has progressed; what he's still working on; his thoughts on the Terps; his continued rapport with Mark Turgeon, Dustin Clark and fellow '16 UMD recruit Anthony Cowan (St. John's/Washington, D.C.); and more.
