PRINCETON, NJ.-- It's no secret that the Terps' lacrosse team has struggled on offense the first four games of the season. All of that changed March 12, in Princeton, when the Terps shut down the Tigers, 17-5. Freshman face-off man Austin Henningsen set the tone winning the opening face-off and scoring his first career goal just seven seconds into the game. Attackman Colin Heacock and midfielder Connor Kelly followed with three goals each. After the dust cleared, 12-Terps scored goals in the Terps blowout win.
There's no rest for the Terps, however. They suit up March 15 at UMD, taking on powerhouse Albany. Check out the sights from the Terps much needed win over the Princeton Tigers.
