Q & A with J.J. Prince

Since May, 2012 Carroll High (Arlington, Tex.) offensive lineman J.J Prince has added three new offers. He talks about the new schools, his upcoming visits, camps, and recruitment.

TigerAuthority.com: So who's offered you since the last time we spoke?
J.J Prince: "Tulsa, Houston, and Louisiana Tech have all offered me since then."

On top of the three recent offers, Prince boasts offers from the University of Memphis, Purdue, Oregon State, and New Mexico.

Q: What do you think about Memphis?
A: "I haven't looked too far into Memphis, but any offer I have is really important to me right now."

Q: You have several offers from Conference USA. Would you be comfortable playing at a C-USA school?
A: "I don't think I would feel any more or less comfortable in any conference. That's not really what's pulling me."

Q: What are you looking for in a school?
A: You go to college for college, not football, I think. Beyond that, you have to be comfortable with where you go."

Q: Do you have a timetable on when you want to make a decision?
A: "I still have to see the schools. Every one of the offers I have are in a different place. I've got to experience each place before I can make a decision. I'd like to have some sort of better idea by the end of the summer, but I'm not sure when. I'm hoping for mid-season."

Prince said he may be taking a visit to Purdue later in the month. He visited Oregon State in May.
