Memphis offers Alabama lineman
"Memphis offered me," said Devin Gordon. "They sent a typed letter from the head coach. I am going to take a look at them.
"I will probably take a visit up there after the season. I met the recruiting coach in the spring. I can't remember his name."
Gordon is anxious to travel to the out-of-state school and spend more time learning about the program.
"I know Memphis is a big city," he said. "They are a program on the rise. They want to become a great D-I program."
Gordon has more schools staying in regular contact, but his focus for now is on the 2011 season of the GCHS Titans.
"I am still getting a lot of interest from Middle Tennessee, Troy, UAB and Louisiana-Lafayette," said Gordon. "I know I will take some visits. I will know where I am going after the season."
