Hardaway Hoopsfest Announced

The first annual Penny Hardaway Hoopsfest will take place Jan. 20-21, CEO of Haddock Sports Travis Haddock announced Thursday. Among the schools traveling to Memphis for the event: Oak Hill, Montverde, Simeon.

The first annual Penny Hardaway Hoopsfest will take place Jan. 20-21 at White Station High School, CEO of Haddock Sports Travis Haddock announced Thursday.

The event pits some of the top schools around the country against Memphis high schools like White Station and Ridgeway.

Among the schools traveling to Memphis for the event are Oak Hill (Mouth of Wilson, Va.), Montverde (Fla.), Simeon (Chicago, Ill.) and Our Savior (NY).

The event benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
