One of the top recruits in the country will decide which school he chooses this coming Monday.

TigerAuthority.com spoke to Scout.com Five Star Center Tony Parker Tuesday night to get the latest on his recruitment.

Parker, who appears to be top prospect remaining on Memphis recruiting board for this recruiting class, is currently ranked the No 9 Center in the nation.

Parker had been rumored to have cut Memphis from consideration of his top teams he will choose from, he claimed that not to be the case Tuesday evening.

"Memphis is definitely still in it for me," Parker said. "I like Coach (Josh) Pastner alot, he is a great coach. I know him and Coach (Damon) Stoudamire like the back of my hand. Memphis is a great school."

According to Parker the Memphis coaching staff has made it clear that he is their top prospect on their board.

"They have made it clear how important I am to them," Parker said. "One thing that really shocked me about Memphis is the fact that Coach Jack Murphy left and took the job at NAU. Coach Murphy and I were really very close, he was the coach that started recruiting me from day one."

According to Parker he plans on making his decision Monday afternoon around 5 p.m. eastern time.

His top six schools are Georgia, UCLA, Memphis, Duke, Kansas and Ohio State in no particular order.

Parker is a low post prospect and is a guy that makes an impact in the paint. Blessed with a pair of soft hands that catch virtually everything thrown his way.
