Recent happenings:
DeAngelo Williams is coming off of another stellar performance in the Tigers 30-26 win over Southern Miss.. 27 rushes, 199 yards and 2 touchdowns including an unbelievable 75 yard run. The defense held USM scoreless in the fourth quarter.
East Carolina is having another disappointing season. The Pirates are coming off a 41-17 losss at the hands of South Florida in whcih they gave up 500 yards of total offense.
What to expect:

Memphis should be able to cruise in this one. However, those are the games when Memphis tends to struggle. Arkansas State anyone? Not likely.

Memphis is averaging over 450 yards per game and is sceond in C-USA scoring with 36 points per game. East Carolina is last in passing and points. Look for Wimprine, DeAngelo and company to put up well over 500 yards and 40-plus points.

Prediction:
Memphis: 45-17
