"Oh yeah," Wilder said. "There was plenty of that out there. I had a good time, it was nice."
At 6-foot-1 and 225 pounds, the standout linebacker had a chance to compete against some very talented running backs during drills.
"Charlie [Jones] looked real good but I thought the best running back out there was a kid from George Jenkins [Tyease Thompson]," he said. "He's a little taller and was real good out there. He's real fast, I know that much."
Wilder, who currently has offers from Rutgers and Michigan State, had a chance to talk to UM coach Vernon Hargreaves after the camp.
"He was telling me good job and stuff like that," he said. "He told me that he'll be keeping in touch. They didn't offer me, though."
Wilder said he hopes to receive an offer sometime during the season.
"I don't think they have offered many [linebackers]," he said. "They probably want to see what will happen once the season starts. That's good for me since I didn't play in spring and all that."
Wilder plans on attending camps at Florida State and Florida next month.
