Analysis: Denver Kirkland is one of the state's top offensive line prospects in the 2013 class. At 6-foot-4 and 300 pounds, the talented right tackle prospect helped Booker T reach the state championship game last season. He has ideal size and shows good athleticism for someone that big. He plays at a UM-friendly school (where former UM assistant Tim Harris is the coach and where former UM athlete Tim Harris Jr is the recruiting coordinator). The Canes will likely sign four or five offensive linemen in the 2013 class and Kirkland's one of the best in the state. He has to be considered a priority, especially considering the fact that he lives nearby and grew up following the team. There will be plenty of competition for him but the Canes seem to be doing well at this state of the process. He's definitely a player to keep a close eye on.
