Analysis: Caleb Alves put his name on the recruiting map with a strong sophomore season at Palm Bay High. At 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds, he's grown into a talented wide receiver prospect in the 2013 class. Also a standout basketball player, Alves has collected seven Division 1 offers already for football. While he grew up a Florida fan, he's hoping to land an offer from the Canes so he has a June 23rd camp date coming up. If he's impressive enough, the Canes may offer. He's somewhere on the radar but will likely have to impress the coaches at camp and then try earning an offer during the fall, his senior season. He's a player to keep an eye on heading into the last round of camps, though.
