Chris Perry, a 6'8, 236 pound power forward/center from Bartow, who's already taken official visits to Cincinnati, UCF, and Tulsa took his last official to USF this weekend. The 3-star center really enjoyed spending time with the Bulls players and coaches.
"My visit to USF was awesome," said Perry. "I really loved it."
During his weekend trip Perry, along with the other visitors attended the USFFSU football game at a sold out Raymond James Stadium.
"We went to the game against FSU and the atmosphere was Electric!" said Perry. "During the game the student section was chanting my name. It made me feel like a celebrity."
The Bartow stand-out has visited USF several times already, but got to spend more time with the Bulls players.
"I got to play some pick-up games with the players and that was a lot of fun," said Perry. "I did very well. I blocked a couple of shots and did scored a little bit too."
"It was really just great playing with the guys," said Perry. "I love playing with Vic (Victor Rudd)."
Perry enjoyed just being with the team and said he made a good connection with them.
"I felt like I bonded the best with Tino (Martino Brock), Fitz and Vic," said Perry. "But they're all really cool dudes."
"Being with the coaches was really fun," said Perry. "They didn't say that much different that they've been saying, just about them really wanting me, how I'm a great fit, and just about them really being a family."
"Overall the visit was great and I had an amazing time," said Perry
As to how the visit affect how Perry felt about the program,
"I guess we'll all see Wednesday," said Perry. "I'll be announcing my college choice then.
The No. 24 rated center in the country will be choosing between UCF, USF, Tulsa and Cincinnati.
