"It's going good," Harvey said. "We just beat Dwyer."
Harvey, 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds, is playing well this season and hopes it'll catch the attention of some college coaches.
"I think this year has been very good," he said. "So far we are achieving the goals that we planned in the beginning of the season -- undefeated, a great defense, and under six points per game allowed. I am very confident going into the playoffs because of the schedule we have already played."
Harvey is being recruited by a few schools and has been all year.
"If Colgate and Lehigh stay as my offers through this month I will go visit them in December," he said. "Lehigh was undefeated until they played Colgate yesterday and lost -- 21 unanswered points in the second half by Colgate, who is really rolling on offense. They need a little help on defense which I believe I could help."
Harvey is hoping to catch the attention of some other Division 1 schools in the near future.
"I'm sending out regular season highligths this week," he said.
In the meantime, Harvey will continue helping lead American Heritage towards another potential state championship.
