Wednesday night with Dabo

CLEMSON - Head coach Dabo Swinney meets with the media after Wednesday night's practice for one last interview before the South Carolina game.

Schedule for the next couple of days…
I think that it's very important that they stay focused and not get distracted. It's very easily to get distracted when they have, obviously, a little more down time. There's no school. I thought we had a great day today. They were very in tune and in to what they were doing. Tomorrow is a little different. It's Thanksgiving. For some of them, it's the first time they've been away from home on Thanksgiving. We've got a good plan. We'll have meetings and practice. We'll have a big Thanksgiving meal as a team and a family. They'll have a little time tomorrow evening. They have to come back in here on Friday -- don't lose the edge that you've had in your preparation process just because you don't have school and have a little more down time. I think you've just got to make the right decisions and continue to focus on the right things. We talked a little bit about that. I'm very encouraged with how they've practice. Their demeanor is very good. Looking forward to another great day tomorrow. We have a lot to be thankful for.

Schedule after the Carolina game…
Next week, they'll be completely off. Then, the following week, they'll start back lifting and running, skills and drills, kind of on their own. The coaches will be recruiting the next couple of weeks. it's a busy recruiting time. We'll start bowl practice on Saturday, the eighth. Then, we'll get out here and start post-season.

Can your visitors on Saturday see the indoor facility?
We could. But they may have the opportunity to do that, have that set up...when we start back our running and lifting in another week or so, we'll be inside. I got a chance to tour it today. I'm going to tell you what, it's spectacular. There cannot be a nicer indoor facility anywhere than what we've got here. It is incredible, it really is. They've got the big jumbotron up in there. The paw, Clemson, everything is cut in, stitched in kind of separately. It's really impressive to walk through. It's going to be quite a facility. Those guys have done a great job.
