TE: Miami is one big family

This talented tight end prospect took an official visit to Miami over the weekend and talked all about it. Read on to see what he's saying.

Nate Wozniak started getting recruited by Miami several months ago when he was still a junior. Now his senior season is finished and he is starting to take some recruiting visits. He saw Miami this weekend.

"My visit to Miami went real well," Wozniak said. "We did a bunch of different stuff. I met with academic advisers, saw the whole campus, met a lot of the players, met the other recruits, went to the stadium, and they showed us all the new renovations they're doing."

Wozniak, 6-foot-8 and 255 pounds, has been in contact with Miami's coaches for awhile now but he finally got a chance to see the school for the first time.

"I didn't really learn anything new about the program, but kind of got a feel for it finally," he said. "I've been in contact with Coach Kehoe for a long time and have heard so much about the team. Well I finally got to see it for myself, and I really enjoyed it."

Wozniak talked about some of the things on the visit that stood out to him.

"My favorite part was the weather probably, a lot different than Indiana," he said. "Also, just the team's atmosphere, it was clear they are one big family. And definitely the coaches -- they all seem really down to earth and like great coaches."

While the Canes have put themselves in good position for the talented tight end, he plans to take a few other visits before making a final decision.

"I still plan on probably visiting Minnesota and Purdue," he said. "Then I'll sit down and figure it out from there."
