Ermon Lane was probably the most talented wide receiver in the entire state in 2012. The Homestead standout was the most talented, and best, player at this event. At 6-foot-2 and 175 pounds, Lane was on a different level. He has all the physical tools you look for in a receiver. He has size, he's physical, he can run, has ball skills, competitiveness, all of it. He'll go anywhere he wants, and wore a Miami cap the entire workout.
JoJo Robinson plays on both sides of the ball at Miami Northwestern. At 6-feet and 175 pounds, Robinson was working with the receivers here and turned in a very good performance. He runs good routes, catches everything close to him, and has plus athleticism. He's already committed to Florida State but several other schools are still recruiting him.
Jacob McCrary is coming off an excellent junior season at Coral Reef. He then came out and turned in an excellent performance at this event. At 6-feet and 175 pounds, he's among the most talented, and heavily recruited, receivers in south Florida. The one-time FSU commitment says he's now wide open, and took a visit to Clemson last week.
Tyre Brady has excellent size (6-4/200) for a wide receiver prospect, and does a great job using it to his advantage. He has good leaping ability, too, especially for a player his size. He really jumped out with his performance here. He'll be among the area's most heavily recruited receivers in the 2014 class.
