Among the numerous aspects of a university that may intrigue a top-flight prospect, one that's hard to overcome is early playing time.

With Tennessee set to lose nearly half a dozen linebackers to graduation following the 2013 season, signing replacements is of great importance.

KeShun Freeman is a 'backer that the Vol staff sees as playing either inside or outside for the Orange & White one day. He got an earful from the Tennessee coaches during a trip to Rocky Top with his family earlier this month.

The Hogansville, Ga., native is a three-star prospect and rated FOX Sports NEXT's No. 43 outside linebacker nationally.

Aside from Tennessee, Freeman already has scholarship offers from prominant Division I programs like Georgia Tech, Stanford and West Virginia.

The Callaway (Ga.) High School product is a 6-foot-3, 218-pound playmaker that also gets it done in the classroom, sporting a 4.0 grade point average on the weighted scale.
