Recent UM offer is the one WR wanted

This four-star wide receiver prospect was recently offered by Miami. There's a reason for Miami fans to get especially excited about this one. Read on to find out why.

Kd Cannon was offered by Miami recently.

"I was (recently) offered by the school I grew up loving -- the Miami Hurricanes," he said.

6-1/170 WR prospect from Mount Pleasant HS in Texas

106 catches as a junior for over 1,600 yards and 26 touchdowns so his production numbers were tremendous.

He has offers from a lot of major programs including Texas, FSU, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Clemson in addition to Miami.

The Canes offered a bit late in comparison to those other schools but this is someone to keep a close eye on since Miami was his dream school growing up.

He has serious interest in Miami, and is now someone to keep a close eye on at the WR position -- especially since it's such a strong year in South Florida and the coaches still went out to Texas to offer this kid.
