The 5-foot-11, 185 pound wide receiver out of New Orleans (La.) Edna Karr talks a little about his top four schools.
Florida: "They are like our Edna Karr team and they just want to move me around and get me the ball. They have talked to me about getting back in the Wildcat, playing some receiver, and just doing whatever they can to keep the ball in my hands. I like the SEC a lot too."
LSU: "LSU has been recruiting me for a while and I like what they are telling me. They want to get the ball in my hands and they know how to win."
Texas A&M: "I did not know much about them until my teammate Noel Ellis committed to them. Once he committed I started looking at them and I like their offense. They throw it around, they score a lot of points, and they get the ball to their playmakers."
USC: "USC gets the ball into the hands of the guys who make plays. They had two big-time receivers last year and both of them had a lot of yards. I know I could go there and get the ball. i like that."
One thing is clear when talking to "Speedy", he wants the football. He is really looking at how schools want to use him in their offense.
"The biggest thing for me is to get the football. I want the ball and I want opportunities in each game. I am not trying to get a few yards when I touch the ball, but I am trying to get touchdowns. I make big plays and I want to be used in multiple ways.
"I don't care if I am used at quarterback a few times, running back a few times, and then wide receiver the rest of the time, I just want to opportunities to touch the ball. That is important to me."
The Scout 300 wideout knows what he wants in a school and he also has a plan to announce his decision in 2014.
"I just want to be successful in life, so I am looking at my relationship with the coaches. That is important. My trust in them is important to me, so I am looking at the different schools the same way now trying to find the best one.
"I will look over all of my options this summer and the fall, then take my official visits, and then commit at the Under Armour All-America game in January."
Noil is the No. 25 wide receiver in the country on Scout.
