6-5/280 from College of the Sequoias
He is actually from Homestead, where he played two years of varsity football. His first year, as a sophomore, was spent as a backup. He then played mostly offensive tackle as a junior before being hurt his entire senior season. He didn't have any scholarship offers and decided to enroll at a Juco to help with more offers.
He played in just five games last season due to an injury. In those five games, while playing nose mostly, he had 15 tackles and two tackles for loss.
Since he was a full qualifier coming out of high school, he is on track to graduate in December. However, like most Junior College transfers, Miami will have to make sure they can accept all of his credits.
Washington and Miami are his first two scholarship offers. If given the chance in the end, he will likely come here. However, a lot has to happen. There's no history of production. There's a lot of injuries in his past. He has a lot of the physical tools but will likely need to show it on the football field this fall.
