"I have visits planned to Florida State, Cincinnati, Louisville, Ole Miss, and Vanderbilt," Edouard said about upcoming trips.
Edouard plans to visit those schools simply to learn more about some other schools on his list.
"The University of Miami is definitely first on my list and Louisville is right behind them," he said. "I talk to Teddy Bridgewater almost every week and he's been showing me a lot of love."
Edouard, 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, talked about what he likes most about Miami.
"I like the quarterback position at Miami," he said. "Playing quarterback for them would be a big thing."
Even with his pledge to the Hurricanes, Edouard says Louisville is making things interesting.
"Louisville is trying to get me to join the team. They're the most interested in me after Miami."
While he has a strong relationship with Bridgewater and the Louisville coaches, he also has a good one with Miami's staff.
"When I visited camp on June 8th, I really liked working 1-on-1 with Coach Coley. He's the kind of coach you want to be with, the one who gives you attention and helps you correct mistakes."
So with Louisville trailing just behind the Canes, Edouard talked about what he'll be looking for when choosing a school.
"I'll look for a decision that will benefit my family and myself," he said. "They don't mind me going out of state. They would love to be able to watch me play here at Miami however at the end of the day they want me to do what's best for me."
