Players ready for UF

The Hurricanes, who will play their second of nine games inside the state of Florida this weekend, are set to host the Florida Gators on Saturday. The players are excited.

After defeating Florida Atlantic 34-6 on Friday night the Canes spent Sunday watching film and preparing for Gator week.

"Obviously I know there's a big game next week,'' Morris said, "but our main focus right now is to get healed up, to get ready for next weekend and focus on improving. We left a lot of touchdowns and opportunities on the field."

Stephen Morris finished 15 of 27 for 160 yards, a touchdown and an interception.

Miami freshman Stacy Coley had two receptions for 19 yards in his collegiate debut as a Hurricane.

"I'm just trying to stay focused, trying to move fast, quick, and do what I do best," said Stacey Coley.

Eduardo Clements played in his first game back since injuring his neck last October and had six carries on 23 yards.

"It's going to be a crazy game, everybody knows that. It's a game we've been waiting for four years. We haven't played these guys in four years," said Eduardo Clements.
