Rudolph sets two officials

Many of the top athletes in Florida have already committed, but one of the top prospects is taking his time. Travis Rudolph plans to take five official visits and commit around Signing Day. Get the latest on the 2014 wide receiver here.

Several schools are in the mix with four-star receiver Travis Rudolph. Ohio State, Tennessee, Florida State, Florida, Miami, Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia are all in the race, but it's the Buckeyes that will host him for his first visit, on September 28th. "I'm definitely looking forward to seeing campus atmosphere, academic support, all the good stuff," Rudolph said.

The Buckeyes will be welcoming Wisconsin, so it's sure to be a great, high-energy atmosphere.

"I'm definitely going to be evaluating things, coaches players. I'm always going to want to observe the players and see if they're players I want to be around for the next four years. Also, I want to see how the academics are," he said.

Next, the West Palm Beach (Fla.) Cardinal Newman standout will see Tennessee. He hasn't been to Knoxville yet, so he's excited to see what the Volunteers have to offer.

"I've been talking to Tennessee coach Zach Azzanni, the wide receivers coach. I've been talking to him for quite awhile. I never got to get on campus, so I always wanted to get on campus. I thought, ‘why not?'" Rudolph said.

"(I'm looking to see the) same thing as Ohio State, campus atmosphere, academic support, all that stuff. Coach Zach says once I go up there, I'll fall in love with it."

The other three officials are still up for grabs, and Rudolph is in no hurry to get everything planned. FOX Sports and Scout.com will have the latest when he does.
