4-star: Miami has been looking great

This four star offensive line prospect has been impressed with the Hurricanes so far this season. We caught up with him for the latest so read on to see what he's saying...

Trevor Darling is one of several major college prospects on a loaded Miami Central team that has gotten off to a fast start in 2013.

At 6-foot-6 and 320 pounds, Darling is a four-star offensive tackle prospect who committed to the Hurricanes over a year ago. He's been impressed by the Canes so far.

"I think it's great," Darling said of Miami's season. "They need to keep doing what they're doing and keep playing good ball."

Darling, whose Central team has a showdown lined up against Miami Northwestern on October 18, has been especially impressed with Miami's offensive line play.

"They've been great," he said. "They've been blocking well for Stephen and Duke. They look good."

Darling says he feels comfortable around several members of Miami's offensive line already.

"Malcolm Bunche, Shane McDermott, and Seantrel Henderson have been welcoming me with open arms so it feels good knowing that going in. It's like a brotherhood," he said.

Darling, who says he speaks to coaches Kehoe and Brown every week, isn't sure which position he'll play exactly at Miami next season.

"I'm not sure yet but I'll play wherever they need me," he said.
