Q&A with Tracy Howard

Read on to see what sophomore cornerback Tracy Howard is saying a few days before the team's big game against Virginia Tech.

On moving on from FSU:
We have all of our goals ahead of us. We have a chance to accomplish them. That was a tough loss but we'll move forward.

On losing Duke:
We've been through a lot these past few years. It's instilled into us to fight through it. Losing Duke, we have to support him, and Dorsett too. As a team we just have to keep rolling.

On VT:
Their quarterback has been around for a long time. He's a good quarterback. Their receivers are stepping up their game. They have a good 1-2 punch at running back. It'll be a good challenge for us.

On goals still being there:
We still have all of them ahead of us. No one is about to give up. We have a lot to play for. You just have to keep pushing. No one wanted to lose, expected to loss. The odds were against us but we always believed. You have to keep your head down, in the bunker, and take it one day at a time like Coach Golden always talks about.

On possibly playing FSU again later:
I'm sure guys are looking forward to it. We are looking forward to Virginia Tech right now though. That's all that matters. They have great athletes, and have good players just like we do.
