CP on Sun Bowl: We were worried about weather

Read on to see what senior defensive tackle Curtis Porter is saying about the impact the weather had on the Sun Bowl a few years ago, and what he thinks about it heading into the Pittsburgh game.

On the potential bad weather:
A lot of people aren't familiar with it. Back home, my grandma and my mom are good at cooking. They will make sweet potato pies that wilkl knock you off your feet.

On what they expect to eat for Thanksgiving:
They say it is a surprise so I don't want to spoil it.

On the Sun Bowl weather:
I didn't play but I was on the sideline and it was cold. A lot of guys were focused on the weather and not the game. That's where things went wrong.

On how bad weather plays a role:
It will impact some guys. For me, it wont bother me. We have to stay focused and play Miami football.

On still being alive in the Coastal race:
We have to keep playing hard and play the best ball we can. It was our number one goal to go there so we gotta win.
