Canes now have five new players enrolled

Six players started classes at Miami this week, as the Canes wait on the arrival of one more.

Joseph Yearby started classes at Miami today, and was officially added to the roster. The five-star running back prospect from Miami Central became the sixth incoming freshman to begin classes this week.

3-star wide receiver Braxton Berrios, 5-star offensive lineman K.C. McDermott, 4-star offensive lineman Trevor Darling, 4-star defensive end Trent Harris, and 3-star linebacker Juwon Young are the others who started school this week.

The Hurricanes are still hoping to add Junior College defensive tackle transfer Calvin Heurtelou. At 6-foot-3 and 315 pounds, he committed to the Hurricanes a couple weeks ago and is going through the admission process. January 22 is the last day a student can begin classes for the spring semester so we should know his status within the next week.
