Perryman on the spring game

Denzel Perryman is widely considered Miami's best defensive player. He's coming off a strong spring. Read on to see what he's saying about it.

On his spring game:
I feel like I had a pretty good day. There are things I can work on but I thought it went well.

On what he can still improve on:
I just have to work on my fundamentals. It's my last year so I'll look back at my film and work on my pass drops.

On the new LB's:
Man they're good. Juwon Young, Darrion Owens, they came in and got with the older guys. They're doing good.

On the QB situation:
Ryan went down but at the same time the young guys need to step it up.

On the defense being improved:
Oh yeah, definitely. We are playing a lot smarter. Guys are more confident in what they're doing. Like I told the team we just had a great spring so now we gotta bounce back from that.

On the new uniforms:
We have a lot of combinations but I'd rather go all white or all green. It really doesn't matter to me though.
