Chick talks about other D-Linemen

Anthony Chickillo says he's playing, by far, his best football as a Hurricane right now. Read on to see what he's saying about that, the progress of other defensive linemen, and more.

On how he’s been playing lately:
I’ll say that I am playing my best ball right now.

On why he’s made the jump:
It’s my understanding of the defense. My knowledge of the defense has increased dramatically. I know where everyone is going to be and what play is coming. Just playing team defense and making plays because of it.

On Calvin Heurtelou:
Calvin has a lot of energy. He’s really strong. He comes to work every day. He’s just you want inside. I’m happy for his progress and he keeps getting better.

On Mike Wyche:
He has to get in shape. In college football, it’s not easy. He hs to get his body right so he can handle the load.

On Quan Muhammad:
He’s matured a lot. Quan came in late last year and didn’t get a chance to get accustomed to the game over the summer. He fell behind. He’s now caught up. He knows his job.
