Q&A with Mike Wyche

Read on to see what defensive tackle Michael Wyche is saying just before the team's showdown against Florida State.

On the goal for Saturday:
Just come out and do what coaches have taught us to do all week.

On FSU being so talented:
It’s the same as any other player. We put on the pads the same way.

On Jameis Winston:
He’s a great quarterback. I give respect to him for that.

On Winston’s escapability:
He isn’t the most elusive but he can gain yards and score a lot of points.

On how he’s improved personally lately:
Just getting off the ball and not thinking and just going.

On the magnitude of this game:
Especially for me. I worked so hard to get where I’m at. I’m very excited about a game like this. We just have to stick to the script. We’ve been hanging out with each other more and we’re practicing hard.

On the defense can carry momentum into this one:
We just have to stick to our blue print and keep doing what we’re doing.

On Ereck Flowers this week at practice:
Big E, he looks good. He’s a fighter, a competitor. He’s one of the toughest offensive linemen around.
