Chickillo, who has 30 tackles and two sacks on the season, returned to practice today and will travel to Virginia. He's fully expected to be back in the starting lineup Saturday night.
Bush, who has 48 tackles and two interceptions on the season, was very limited this week and is not expected to play Saturday. The school officially listed him as doubtful on today's injury report. Without him in the lineup, expect sophomore Jamal Carter to see a major increase in playing time. Nantambu Fentress and Dallas Crawford are the other two safeties playing for the Hurricanes.
Considering Bush has clearly been Miami's best safety this season, this would be a tough loss. Fortunately, Virginia hasn't been terribly productive offensively this season so Carter should be able to fill in nicely.
Reserve offensive lineman Alex Gall remains out and will not travel. If the Canes use the same starting lineup they had against Florida State, freshman Nick Linder will be the team's third guard behind Jon Feliciano and Danny Isidora.
