Howard updates shoulder injury & more

Read on to see what Tracy Howard is saying a couple days before the team's spring game.

On his shoulder injury:
I’m just getting it treated, taking it easy. I’ll see how I feel on Saturday but we’ll see. It’s nothing serious, just needs rest.

On the low numbers at CB:
That won’t be an issue. We’ll stay healthy during the season. The ones we do have are real good corners.

On Ryan Mayes:
I feel like he has a lot of good physical attributes. He just has to get mentally prepared. Once that goes up he’ll be ready. He has size, he can run, and he’s not afraid to tackle.

On Deon Bush playing CB:
Deon knows what time it is. He’s a good corner. He can do it all. You put him out there and he’ll get the job done. He’s someone we can use there.

On his last spring practice as a Cane:
Sometimes it feels like it just started. People said it would go fast. You cant be here forever and you gotta move on.

On the spring game:
Anytime you’re out there on the field getting better, it’s an opportunity to have fun.
