Q&A with Corn Elder

Read on to see what Corn Elder is saying as the team prepares for its second fall scrimmage.

On the progress of fall camp:
Everyone is hungry. It’s the last real game before the game. We just want to execute and keep getting ready for the season.

On the top receiver so far:
They all bring different styles. Some have speed, some are big. They’re all difficult. I really couldn’t say who the most difficult one is.

On how he’s improved:
Just the basics, cleaning up my man techniques and knowing the defense more helps a lot. I feel comfortable out there by myself.

On his technique improvements:
Learning corner, you will have technique falls and I feel like my technique has gotten a lot better.

On his role on special teams:
I’ve been returning some kicks so we’ll see how that goes.

On Sheldrick Redwine:
He’s out there making plays, like a natural.
