WR Randrecous Davis - South Carolina. This 3-star was once committed to Mark Richt at Georgia but is now choosing between Miami and South Carolina. I'm not sure the Canes have much more room for a sub 6-foot receiver in this class.
WR Ahmmon Richards - Miami. It's a classic battle between the Canes and Alabama and I think he goes with his initial gut in the end and returns to Miami's commitment list.
WR Javon Wims - Georgia. A Juco transfer, Wims has been committed to UGA for awhile and seemed to re-affirm that on his visit there last weekend.
DL Briston Guidry - Arkansas. An Arkansas commit, Guidry took a late visit here but he never seemed too crazy about coming here.
DL Marcel Southall - Texas. The Canes have made it interesting but pulling a top kid out of Texas while only recruiting him for a month will be very difficult.
DL Kobe Jones - Mississippi State. A mid-week visitor, which rarely ends up in a commitment, Jones has been favoring the hometown Bulldogs all along.
DB Tyler Byrd - Miami. Tennessee, thanks to Larry Scott, made it interesting but in the end he should stick with the school he's been committed to for over a year.
DB Romeo Finley - Ga Tech. Miami made a late run but pulling a kid from Niceville has never been easy, especially one who GT has been recruiting for two years.
DB Henry Miller - Miami. The Canes got on him late but flipping a Pittsburgh commitment from central Florida has never been terribly difficult for a Big 3 school in Florida.
DB Shyheim Carter - Alabama. An elite DB prospect from Louisiana, Carter visited here and seemed interested but until this staff can pluck an SEC Country kid away from Alabama, he's expected to roll with the Tide.
