Nebraska Volunteers

For the fifth time this year, the BCS #2 lost causing chaos in the final BCS standings. Tennessee lost to LSU in the SEC title game opening the door for Nebraska to edge out Colorado and Oregon.

Nebraska finished only .05 ahead of Colorado despite being only fourth in both the AP & Coaches polls. Miami has opened a nine point favorite and comes into the game with a 4-5 record all-time against the Huskers.

Nebraska brings the Heisman winner in Eric Crouch while Miami counters with arguably the most balanced and complete team in the country. After BYU's loss on Saturday, Miami finished as the only unbeaten team in the country.
