"It was so tight," Walden said of his visit to UM this weekend. "We had a great time. I got to hang out a lot with William [Joseph] and some of the guys."
At 5-foot-11 and 155 pounds, Walden re-affirmed his commitment to UM.
"I'm definitely still going to UM," he said. "There were a bunch of guys this weekend that are going to UM."
When asked which of the other visitors have committed, Walden joked, "damn near everybody."
"We have a great future ahead of us," he said. "I'm real excited about it. I think we can maintain the success they have been having lately."
Walden is gearing up for a huge day next Saturday. He takes the ACT, which he needs to bring up 8 points. He's at a 60 and needs a 68. "I'm going to pass it," he said. In basic terms, he's sitting at a 15 and needs a 17.
