"I was out there and the atmosphere was crazy," Minor said. "They were really loud. I enjoyed that. I was thinking at least one of the breaks could have gone Tech's way but it didn't. Miami just came to play. They had a lot of guys step up and make plays."
Brandon Minor was obviously impressed the way UM's second team running back (Charlie Jones) was able to run on the Hokie defense.
"He looked good," he said. "That's Miami. They got plenty of backs. That's what they do -- they produce great backs."
The talented running back is scheduled to visit UM on December 16.
"I'm looking forward to it," he said. "I wanna see how I fit in down there. I got Michigan the week before and Tech (on January 13). It'll just come down to where I'm most comfortable."
Minor, 6-0 and 215, has one game left this season before the playoffs.
"I feel good," he said. "I'm getting worked back in and trying to rest up for this week and then the playoffs. I have nine touchdowns right now."
