Miami Improves to 2-1 on the Season

The Miami Hurricanes improved to 2-1 on the season after a 80-54 victory over UW-Green Bay in the Black Coaches Association Classic to earn third place at the Seattle event.

Miami jumped out to a 13-3 lead and never looked back as they led 34-23 at halftime.

The Hurricanes started off strong in the second half with a 20-3 run to give them a commanding lead, 54-26.

Miami's biggest lead was 34 points when they led 71-37.

Miami was led by Guillermo Diaz and Robert Hite who each scored 17 points in the game. The Hurricanes also got a strong performance from Anthony King who scored 11 points.

The Hurricanes next game is on Saturday at 2:00 against Morgan State at home.
