"I'm going out there with my family," he said. "I get letters from their coaches and they invited me back out this weekend. I like it there a lot."
Despite his strong interest in Florida, Wilson's top choice is an in-state rival.
"Florida State's my leader right now," he said. "They have great tradition and I really like the coaches. I met them when I went to a practice up there. After those two, it's Georgia and Miami. I'm going to Miami on the 26th for an unofficial visit to meet with the coaches."
The talented running back talked more about the Hurricanes.
"They have a lot of good tradition at running back and they've been writing me a lot of letters," he said. "I'd probably have to say they're last on my list of four right now though because I have a friend (Willie Cooper) who went there after they told him he'd play a lot and he's not even in their rotation."
Although Wilson doesn't have any offers yet, he thinks two are just around the corner.
"Our coach doesn't like us getting all caught up in that," he said. "He told me two schools wanted me to call them back and I think they might be offering. I don't know who they are yet, though, but I'll be calling them soon."
Wilson was one of the top running back prospects at the Scout.com All-American Combine in Jacksonville on March 19.
