Four Recruits at UM Practice Today

Miami practiced today in front of a number of alumni and four recruits.

Former head coach Jimmy Johnson was at practice as well as a number of former Hurricanes including Rojan Marley.

Four recruits were at practice as well including Justin Thompson, who committed to UM yesterday, Marcus Forston, Antonio Harper, and Sean Spence. Recent wide receiver signee Kayne Farquharson showed the guys around practice.

Thompson (6-5, 290) is a defensive tackle from El Camino Junior College in Torrance, Calif. He chose UM over Arizona, Florida, LSU, Nebraska, and Tennessee.

Forston (6-2, 305) is a defensive tackle from Northwestern High School in Miami. He lists Florida, LSU, Miami, North Carolina, Notre Dame, and USC as his favorites. He holds a UM offer.

Harper (6-4, 220) is a linebacker from Melrose High School in Memphis, Tenn. He lists Alabama, Auburn, Georgia Tech, Miami, and Mississippi in his top five. He holds a UM offer.

Spence (6-0, 195) is a linebacker from Northwestern High School in Miami, Fla. He lists Florida, Florida State, Miami, Rutgers, and South Carolina in his top five. He does have an offer from UM.
