RB James Suffers Injury in Spring Game

Running back Javarris James hobbled off the field during the spring game.

Word is that Javarris James could have a possible broken right ankle.

He came off the field in the second half of the spring game ending his day with one yard on five carries.

James was on crutches after the game with ice wrapped around his ankle and his right knee. His knee injury is not expected to be as serious.

Coach Randy Shannon would not comment on the severity of the injury following the spring game.

James rushed for 802 yards and four touchdowns last season as the team's primary tailback.
