Anthony King suffered a season-ending wrist injury on Dec. 3--the team's eighth game of the year.
King is awaiting the NCAA's vote on a proposal to increase the maximum number of gmaes played for a medical redshirt from 20 percent to 30 percent.
King played in 25 percent of the team's 32 games last season.
A decision by the NCAA is expected to be made within the next couple of days.
King averaged 7.9 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks a game this season.
